Great Experience and The Best Saleperson! To Whom It May Concern, My experience buying my first new 2014 Chevy Spark (car) was great from beginning to end. It all began with Joanna Crews. To Whom It May Concern, My experience buying my first new 2014 Chevy Spark (car) was great from beginning to end. It all began with Joanna Crews. I really enjoyed my time at the dealership. The best part was I didn't have to do anything while I was there except sign papers and the wait time was short. Joanna had called me that morning to get some information and it went smoothly from that point. I could not drive to the dealership until Later on in the evening. We stayed in contact that whole day and finally it was time to go to Chattanooga to pick my car up. Her honesty was what stood out the most. Her sweet attitude and caring personality makes her a wonderful salesperson.
