Andre Clemons was very helpful in taking us on a tour of the entire lot and explaining the highlights of each model with no pressure to buy.We thanked him and went home to ponder. Came back the next day and looked seriously at the Traverse. After several discussions on the worth of our trade, we settled on the 2014 Traverse.The LT did not have leather, so we agreed to have leather installed at a later date. Before we left the lot, Brandon explained all of the options and told us to call him with any questions. By the way, Brandon saw us on the road days later and honked. I was fearful of getting raked over the coals, as is the steriotype with car salespeople... It didn't happen with Ric Clinton. He calmly walked me through the entire car-buying process and my fears actually did go completely away, to the point I felt an actual peace; in my gut... I experienced the same sense of ease and comfort with the finance manager Sean Standifer. Sean plainly explained to me my options and spoke in a language I could understand. I was grateful for that. Still am, actually. I was also nervous because I am a 1099 Consultant and wasn't sure if that would affect me. With Sean's skill, it didn't whatsoever. Bottom line: I trust this place and I recommend it to my family and friends. More
