Dwayne and I were very impressed with way Travis treated us. We probably spent more time at the dealership than most people. The zl585 Camaro we wanted was a boat show. We were looking for a specific kind of car (sedan) with a bench seat. The Chevrolet Impala seemed to be the only one. Unfortunately the only one on the lot was a black (too hot for us in the south) and it bench seat. The Chevrolet Impala seemed to be the only one. Unfortunately the only one on the lot was a black (too hot for us in the south) and it had bucket seats. I did drive it and liked the way it handled. So-o-o-we asked them to find us one similar to it with a bench seat. They were successful! It took a little time to do all this. Jason was very friendly and helpful and kept us informed at every step of the process. He gets very high marks since it was a warm sunny day and there was a used car push taking place that day!! Since we took possession of the car, he explained the working of the all the buttons to my husband. Then he took the time to call me to say he would be glad to do the same with me when I could come in. GREAT Customer Service!!! More

I began researching the 2011 Impala LT via websites, magazine articles, newspaper, etc. I was presently a 2004 Impala LS that I had bought new, but certainly needed to be replaced. My previous dealer, Herb Adcox Chevrolet, now known as Herb Adcox Automotive, was no longer selling new cars. I work in the Chattanooga Downtown area and really needed a convenient location to go to for a new car purchase. It all began with one phone call to Mountain View Chevrolet and I was introduced to Jimmie Bronner, my salesman, who was absolutely great. He took a lot of time to make sure I was getting what I wanted in this purchase, and personal service means a lot when making a high-dollar purchase. Everything went very well with the transaction. The management and staff were great and I was able to get all pertinent business completed quickly and efficiently in one day. Since then, I have recommended Mountain View Chevrolet to my co-workers and friends! More

My recommendation of Mtn. View Chevrolet was high for several reasons listed below. To begin with, the website was excellent. I did much of my research ahead of time and sort of knew what i wanted to look at. The Mtn. View Chevrolet Company appears clean, well maintained with a good inventory of cars. I was most pleased with the salesmanship of Jason Huber. Though I had done research beforehand, I had many questions. Mr. Huber thoughtfully and patiently answered all of them (sometimes twice or three times!) and guided me through the purchase of my first new vehicle. He is friendly with a sense of humor, but gets down to business and takes the customer (me) very seriously. He was also respectful, thoughtful, sensitve to my needs in shopping all day for a car. I thoroughly enjoyed the sales experience provided by Mr. Huber and Mtn. View Chevrolet. Craig Brown worked hard to close the deal for all parties in the most equitable way. He gave good explanations and descriptions of the terms of the financing contract. I was able to negotiate some to make the price something I could do, while sticking to what was asked by the dealership and Chevrolet for that model with those features. Everyone there was friendly and appeared to value this customer's business. More
