This was my second experience with Mtn. View Chevrolet purchasing an automobile. I contacted Josh by e-mail before I visited the dealership. It was about 2 weeks before I actually went. Josh had called me several times to see if I was still interested in the Equinox. It took me several days to make up my mind. He was very polite and also remembered selling me the 2011 Aveo. The experience was very easy going, talking to the finance person was a pleasant experience. He explained in detail the reasons to select certain extras for my vehicle. I had looked at a Chevy Captiva at another dealer - it was used of course (2013) but I really thought I wanted a small crossover SUV type. I was disappointed that after nine days at the body shop, my car was returned to me dirty, with wax and surface issues, and a scratch that was not there when I brought it in for the warranty work. Please note, my car had only been driven three times between December 26, 2013, the date I purchased it, and January 22, 2014. All three times were for the trips back and forth to the dealership. I would like to say that once my friend and I brought our dissatisfaction to the manager's attention, he was in immediate contact with the body shop who came out right away and took care of the problems.
