Bad communication I brought my vehicle in for routine service and a check engine light concern. Was only supposed to be in shop for a few hours. A few hours turned in I brought my vehicle in for routine service and a check engine light concern. Was only supposed to be in shop for a few hours. A few hours turned into 4 days. The first day I had to call twice and leave two messages for them to call me back. Ended up having to order a part. Second day called twice again before they would tell me what was going on. Finally 3rd day they gave me a rental because now another part was broken and had to be fixed. More than anything they need to work on communication and letting customers know what is going on with their vehicles. More

Pleased with service. My vehicle had to be boosted off, after it was boosted off it wouldn't cut off.
