I feel accountability and responsibility are not paramount within this dealership. More so, the negative stereotypes of dealership padding services and performing unneeded repairs / false repairs have been lent great credence by Mt View Chevrolet Once exposed, what may have been an attempt to mend a relationship after being deceived, clearly appears nothing more than an action to cover up a gross deception. The ethics of this dealership in my mind is clearly in question. The credence lent to stereotypical shenanigans (over charging and unneeded repairs) this dealership has exhibited seems well practiced, polished, blatant and the fiber of Mt View Chevrolet in my case. . Serving my Tahoe I had an appointment and arrived earlier. The Service writer was very nice and friendly. They had my Tahoe ready and I was on my way in about 45 mins.
