Always find major problems I have had my car in on two occasions and on both the service people tried very very hard to get my consent on doing these expensive repairs. I was cobracted about a recall told to make an appointment when I tried I was told the parts had to be ordered and that the repair could not be done without leaving the car all day. Check Engine Alert The check engine light came on in the instrument panel of my 2012 Traverse over the weekend. I called Mtn View Chevrolet by 8:00 AM on Monday morning. The check engine light came on in the instrument panel of my 2012 Traverse over the weekend. I called Mtn View Chevrolet by 8:00 AM on Monday morning. The gentleman I talked to in the service dept made me an appointment for 10:30 AM. I was there by 10:00 AM, and by 11:00 AM the problem was solved. The repair was made and I was ready to go in a reasonable amount of time. GREAT SERVICE! More

Not happy We took our van that we purchased the weekend before to have a whining noise repaired. Was given the keys when I came back and was told nothing about what needed to be done. The car has started another whining noise since and am now told needs brakes, rotors, and such. When we returned home and read the paper they said we declined this service to begin with. We were never told about that to begin with. Now having this car for just 30 days and the brakes were bad before the purchase the sales manager wouldn't work with us to get them changed. Even though in their pre sale inspection, they knew the brakes and rotors were bad. We took it to another mechanic and were told the rotors were fine. Not happy and will not buy another car there. After this being our third car and worst experience yet. More

Recall Repairs I brought my car in for a couple of recall repairs that was going to require 2 trips. Kyle was able to get them done in 1 trip. When it took longer th I brought my car in for a couple of recall repairs that was going to require 2 trips. Kyle was able to get them done in 1 trip. When it took longer than expected he was able to get me in a loaner car until my car was ready. He was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Jessie, the shuttle driver, was very sweet getting me to and from work. They made what could have been a major inconvenience, a pleasure. I would recommend Mtn. View Chevrolet in the future. More

Got it done, just not as quickly as expected I bought the truck with a dent in the bumper, no big deal because GM will replace it. Well it took 4 weeks before I had to make the call to get it re I bought the truck with a dent in the bumper, no big deal because GM will replace it. Well it took 4 weeks before I had to make the call to get it replaced, 2 weeks to replace the bumper, and 2 weeks in a base model, double cab silverado rental, while my 4 wheel drive, Z71 Crew cab was having a bumper replaced. I guess I should mention I was told it shouldn't take 2 weeks to have it replaced More
