This is about my experience. Good morning this is Arlene Luton my husband bought the 1999 Buick from you last week, now the car is down with a right coil out. They were great. Ford has always been my vehicle brand of choice. I’ve been driving them for over 40 years. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Mountain View F Ford has always been my vehicle brand of choice. I’ve been driving them for over 40 years. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Mountain View Ford in Chattanooga, TN. They are great. John Goodwin was my salesman. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. . Eager to answer all my questions. Logan was even willing to take the ribbing I had for Clay being on the radio pulling for the Vols even though our family are big Georgia fans. (Go Dawgs). Service department has always been very helpful and quick to fix any problem. I’m very hopeful to say if my Escape does as well as my last two vehicles I won’t be visiting them much. More
