I purchased a vehicle two weeks ago and still haven't received it. I was told by the dealership the car would be worked on by Volkswagen and ready in a week. I have a car payment due in April 2022 and st received it. I was told by the dealership the car would be worked on by Volkswagen and ready in a week. I have a car payment due in April 2022 and still haven't received my car that I purchased at the beginning of March. I wasn't offered a courtesy transportation vehicle awhile waiting on the vehicle to be "worked on." This is unacceptable and not how a dealership owner should conduct business. More
