First time Truck Purchase I would give Chris Yancey a 5 star rating for his laid back sales style and patience. And he did a great job getting the truck ready for delivery in I would give Chris Yancey a 5 star rating for his laid back sales style and patience. And he did a great job getting the truck ready for delivery in the timeframe that I needed it. I do think the detail shop could have done a better job cleaning the truck inside/out for the delivery, but it will get dirty and washed again and again. I just drove the truck on a short vacation with our family and we had a blast. So glad I bought a Ford F-150! I would suggest that the physical building could use some upgrading/renovations as it appears out of date. More
