Salesman kind; vehicle with immediate issues Rodney was very kind, but within 5 hours of purchase, check engine light on, and truck ran terribly. After it was towed to them at my expense, they t Rodney was very kind, but within 5 hours of purchase, check engine light on, and truck ran terribly. After it was towed to them at my expense, they took it back and repaired it. Three days later check engine light back on. Mtn View offered for me to bring it back in and they would repair it IF it related to the first issue they repaired. Decided not to take truck back in; will deal with it on my own. That would have been 2 out of 5 days I was without the vehicle d/t repairs. My son has purchased 2 used cars @ Mtn View, and my son in law just bought a new truck there. They were shocked at our experience. We had even purchased a nice used car there in the past. I am disappointed in my experience there this time and won't go back. I feel like they should have gone over truck engine better before "as is" sales on it. More

The search is over!!!! My wife and I had been searching for a small SUV for our son who will be going to college in the Fall, for over 3 months. We live in Atlanta and we searched websites, dealerships, ads, etc.....everyday. The process was a struggle. We even attended a large auto auction in hopes of finding the perfect vehicle for our son. We thought it would be no problem to find what we wanted in Atlanta...........so it really wasn't!!! But we found what we wanted.....exactly what we wanted at Wade Ford in Chattanooga!!!!! The conversation started on the phone with Josh from Wade Ford; we made some initial offers; and then I drove to Chattanooga and met with Josh. It was an easy decision.....the SUV was perfect and Josh made the experience very easy!!! I paid a deposit that day and picked up the car two days later!!! Thanks for all the help Josh!!!!!! More
