Recalls I had 2 recalls on my vehicle. The dealership that I bought the car from could not accommadate in scheduling the services. I called Mtn View and they I had 2 recalls on my vehicle. The dealership that I bought the car from could not accommadate in scheduling the services. I called Mtn View and they made an appointment with me for the service, provided a shutter to take me to work, and pick me up after the service was done. A day letter I received a call asking if I was satisfy with the service. I would recommend this service department to anywho needing services to their ford vehicle. More

"Wonderful Experience" I had been SUV shopping for about a month. I found a Explorer on Mtn View's website on a Sunday. By 10:00 AM Monday morning I had already been contact I had been SUV shopping for about a month. I found a Explorer on Mtn View's website on a Sunday. By 10:00 AM Monday morning I had already been contacted by salesman Josh Newman to let me know that this SUV had been sold but if I told him what exactly I was looking for he would be happy to try to find it for me. Two weeks later we went for a test drive and although they did not have what I wanted that day Josh was able to find a Explorer with the features that was most important me. Two days later I was driving my new 2015 Ford Explorer! Josh Newman is a great salesman. He does not pressure you into any decision. He lets you make the right choice for you!
