Exactly what I was looking for! After looking for months for a midsize suv, I found one to my liking. It was exactly what I was looking for and I had wanted an Edge for a few years, After looking for months for a midsize suv, I found one to my liking. It was exactly what I was looking for and I had wanted an Edge for a few years, but could not justify it. I called the internet sales line and spoke with Michelle and she turned me over to Zachary. He was more than helpful and open to my schedule for a test drive as well as the over all viewing of the vehicle. I made arrangements to go up on a Friday evening and made it 7 minutes before closing time. Even though it was a Friday evening at closing he stayed and assisted me in my wants, yes he asked me what I wanted. I was torn between new/used and a few other things as I was heart set on the Edge, I also wanted new with a warranty. He helped me with everything, very open, friendly and was honestly a great friend during the process. It was exactly how making a large purchase should be, I thank him for listening and understanding my needs and seeing the importance this purchase was to me.
