I was so happy with my 2006 Ford Escape, that I still loved driving it as much as I did the day I purchased it. Replacing it with a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium package was my only choice. Kenny Cone again took the time to answer all of my questions and explain various payment scenarios. When I signed the paperwork, the payment was exactly where I wanted it to be. 0% financing is incredible! I hope I keep this car as long as my last one. A Great Experience My wife has a very special birthday coming up soon (29 for the 21st time) she wanted a mustang so we went by and Zach Carter came out and met us. I told him what she wanted and that we where going to shop for the best deal. He showed us the cars he had and we told him we where going to compare prices to see if we where getting the best deal and that we would call him the next morning. The next morning we called to tell him that we where on our way back and when we got there he had already started the process which I really liked because I hate buying cars. he explained everything to my wife about the car and it was quick and painless. I will most definitely buy from him again. Thanks for all your help and for making it a special day for my wife even though shes getting on up there in years. More

Can't find time to service cars they sell I bought a $31,000 Mustang there and brought it back a couple of years later to have a small repair. The warranty was almost out because of mileage. All they had to do was look at it and order the parts but the lady at the desk said they couldn't even look at it until the next week and since the warranty was about out I would have to leave it with them. She said they couldn't even write it up and let me bring it in for an appointment. I took it to Brooker Ford in Dalton where they took it right in, looked at it, ordered the part under warranty, and sent me on my way in under an hour. I will never spend another dime at Mt. View. More
