The overall experience was very good. I have been looking online for a new Ford edge, I found the one in the color that we liked at Mountain View Ford. As it turned out however it was not I have been looking online for a new Ford edge, I found the one in the color that we liked at Mountain View Ford. As it turned out however it was not a good fit for me. John Goodwin who became our salesperson showed us a used Lincoln MKC. My wife and I both were thoroughly impressed with this vehicle however it was black and we were looking for a white or lighter color. We found the car that we were looking for and the color and we were very surprised at the comfort in such a small vehicle compared to the Edge. My wife had an appointment to keep and we were not able to completely go through the full steps that normally come with a Lincoln delivery but John assured me that come Monday he would walk me through all things and show me all the things that I needed to know, which he did. The friendliness of all the people at Mountain View Ford is a most reassuring thing, they don't seem phony or put on when they deal with you. I look forward to a great relationship with the people at Mountain View Ford Lincoln and especially John Goodwin. More

"NUMBER 1 DEALER IN CHATTANOOGA AREA!" As most people are, my wife and I were hesitant in stopping in to get a new vehicle at any dealership. We had first looked for a vehicle at other deal As most people are, my wife and I were hesitant in stopping in to get a new vehicle at any dealership. We had first looked for a vehicle at other dealerships and the salesmen were pushy, and it felt as if they were there to just sell a vehicle. At Mt. View we were not treated like a number, Ron made us feel comfortable. When we bought our first vehicle (this makes our fourth) from Mt. View we had a wonderful and delightful salesman greet us. Ron Elliott made us feel like we had the run of the lot and actually let us look for what we wanted. Ron did not hover over us. When we found the vehicle that fit our needs he was polite and informed us of the vehicle. Ron did not try and sell us anything we did not want, or try to sell us a vehicle out of our price range. When it came time for the actual paperwork, we dealt with Chad Adkins. Mr. Adkins is highly knowledgeable and can work magic. We will never use another dealership when we look for another vehicle.
