I would first like to say I love my new Explorer!! ValI was very pleased with the professionalism at Mountain View Ford. I have recently visited several dealerships looking for vehicle. I felt like I was was very pleased with the professionalism at Mountain View Ford. I have recently visited several dealerships looking for vehicle. I felt like I was really getting taken care of here. At other places they treat you like a dollar sign but Mr Kesler really took care of me and showed he cared about getting me a vehichle. I work for UPS so I get off late but he was willing to wait on me to get there. When I arrived he met me outside to show me the Explorer. He hopped in and we took it for a test drive. He explained all the features it had and explained any questions I had. On top of that he kept me informed all day on different situations involving purchasing my vehicle. I left that night with a 2008 Explorer tickled to death!! I had to come back that Saturday so they could clean it up Shaun made me feel like a priority. I will recommend anyone I talk to that is shopping for a vehicle to visit Mr Kesler at Mountain View Ford. More

Great customer service. Rodney answered my Internet request for info on a new Ford Hybrid Escape within minutes. The he followed it up with several e-mails about technical specs, comparations with simi request for info on a new Ford Hybrid Escape within minutes.
