Scott, I checked with our sales and finance team, and they informed me that they thoroughly discussed with you the fact that this 2005 Acura went thru what we call a safety inspection, due to the very high mileage at 188k. Also they verified that they discussed with you more than once that the vehicle would be sold as-is and that you agreed and signed you understood. We never want anyone to be unhappy with their Mtn View experience, or have trouble with their vehicle purchase.
