Mr. Greene’s southern hospitality is incredibly welcoming and certainly eases any “stress” that a customer might experience when buying a car. Mr. Greene 100 percent defies all the “stereotypes” that often can be associated with a car sales agent. He is first a people’s person then a sale representative. There was absolutely no hard press sales pitch but more a kind individual trying to assist in helping a buyer find the automobile that best fits/services the buyers needs and or checklist. The salesman was wonderful he got me in and out however the finance person made me feel uncomfortable to the point I called my husband. Having been in the auto business for several years and having purchased many cars at many dealerships, this experience if not the best, was at least tied for the best I have had! Chris Yancy took care of having purchased many cars at many dealerships, this experience if not the best, was at least tied for the best I have had! Chris Yancy took care of me very well with little negotiation - as he says, car buying should not be stressful. Mike Cates was very helpful also at the outset of my search. The only small area I was not happy about was that it took a long time to finalize the paperwork however this was not the fault of Mountain View Ford as they had to hand complete severala documents as a workaround due to national software hack issue. Car was detailed well and all concerns, questions were addressed. There were several follow up messages by several staff members, assuring that I was served well, including Sales Management. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone checkout Mountain View Ford to purchase a vehicle. More
