Please do yourself a favor and NEVER purchase a car from this dealer. This is my 2nd lemon from them, hard expensive lesson learned. I bought my Fusion brand new in 2019, it only has 26,000 miles on it and this dealer. This is my 2nd lemon from them, hard expensive lesson learned. I bought my Fusion brand new in 2019, it only has 26,000 miles on it and already needs a new transmission. Still under warranty however they have had it since 7/27, spoke to them today, it could be another 3-4wks before they even touch it bc they are so backed up with transmission work…AND they will not give me a loaner or rental until the work starts, and then only for 10 days no matter if my car is done or not. I called Marshall Mize Ford and they aren’t even taking transmission work appointments due to being so backed up. That speaks volumes. Please feel free to share. More

Took my F150 in for service because it wouldnt close. Was told it was the arms which would cost so much and 2 hours of service ($490.00 total is what I was quoted). Called several days later check the status, was told it was the motor ($2500). I told them to fix the arms first. 6 DAYS LATER, I called AGAIN to check the status. Was told they were getting to it today. AN HOUR LATER, I was told it was the track and not the arms, I told them not to fix the track, I would come get it and take it elsewhere. Upon picking it up, they had the window partially closed, but air was still coming in. When I got it home, I got it closed, but Mr. View Ford, had not put the rubber back around the window and to me it seems that since I didnt have it fixed then why should the put anything back the way it was. ALSO, I had to pay $156.00 for ONE HOUR OF SERVICE FOR NOTHING BEING FIXED ON MY TRUCK AND THE MISPLACED RUBBER THEY DIDNT PUT BACK. WOW!!! Un -freaking believable. So basically, I paid for one hour of service, which I originally was told would take 2 hours, for absolutely nothing but damage to my truck FROM THEM. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP OR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO ANYONE. I have purchased two vehicles from them and will NEVER do it again, after being treated the way I was this time. The way you treat others is a huge deal when paying this much for a vehicle whether it be under warranty or not. 6 days for them to tell me something that took one hour!! No one called me, I made every phone call to them, except the one where they told me it was the track, I did leave vmails for return calls.. BAD SERVICE! More

I had difficulty with my car that I bought here over the summer. Someone from the dealership called and offered a complimentary first oil change for the car and scheduled an appointment and sent an email no summer. Someone from the dealership called and offered a complimentary first oil change for the car and scheduled an appointment and sent an email notification of the appointment. The dealership made the appointment, not me. We went in for the appointment; the only reason we went was because we were told it was complimentary. I would not have given them any more of my business after the way they were when we bought the vehicle. They refused to honor their complimentary oil change and had no record of the phone call of the woman promising it. Very poor business practice. I should have requested something in writing when they scheduled the appointment, but I certainly will never be back for a service or to purchase a car from them in the future. More
Service department can't get it right. Had vehicle under warranty in and out for repairs for 5 months for a difficult repair. Vehicle is still not properly repaired. Vehicle had scratches I had to fix and also had a light not working and a harness hanging down. Was told last trip in vehicle sounds normal. I'm pretty sure Ford wouldn't engineer something you could hear knocking in the cab of a vehicle. It is absolutely embarrassing to drive something that sounds awful. Was pretty much written off and told to get a third party opinion. I did, the third party agrees this repair still isn't right. Dealership will not respond and has pretty much written me off as a customer. If you want a dealer that will give up on you for there bottom line when things get tough choose mtn view Ford. More

I asked the customer service attendant for assistance she comes over and points out one person and says to keep waiting then goes back to talking to coworkers and not giving a crap multiple customers are waiting. 15 minutes later when the one person working actually gets to you after 2 people that arrived after you he takes you to the cashier and guess who it us? The girl who told you 15 minutes ago to keep waiting. She could have taken initiative and checked me out 15 minutes ago since my keys & bill were sitting out on a random desk for anyone to grab. I should have learned last time when it took over 2 hours to find and repair a nail in the tire having an appointment and knowing I was sitting there waiting & 30 minutes to get checked out once my car was ready. Absolutely the worst service & regret buying my vehicle from this dealership. I never do bad online reviews, usually just let it go and only try to spread positive reviews, but this dealership & service center are the worst. More
