I have been taking my 2016nMDX for service since new to Muller Acura, you would receive service discounts etc. Know the new owners have changed there policy. I requested a quote for a new battery, for my vehicle about a 15-20 minute job. Prcie $100.00 for labor $239.00 for the battery plus tax., I understand inflation but I think the cost of labor and part is excessive for the work needed. More
Always great to work with. The one thing that missed on this visit was that when I arrived the car had just been washed so I did not ask for another wash after the service. We purchased a 2015 Acura RDX with an 4 star warranty. We had a noise in the front end. Our first trip to the dealer to correct problem didn’t go well. After leaving an unfavorable review and having doubts about the service department’s workmanship and trustworthiness. Bill from service contacted us about our issues. He had a loaner car delivered to our house picked up our car and corrected the issues. Brian the service writer was in contact with us throughout the process. Manny the service technician corrected our problems. We were satisfied with everyone we dealt with the second time around. We hope we don’t have a lot of issues with our suv but these guys handled everything with care and professionalism we expected when we purchased this vehicle. More
