First, Ian Aslam was a pleasure to work with, taking the time to explain in great detail what I was interested in purchasing. He was especially deft at highlighting the (sometimes subtle) changes and improvements found in the newest generation of the vehicle I was purchasing, relative to the outgoing model I was trading in...exactly the information I was looking for. And it didn't stop there; Eugene and Rick managed to complete the sales process smoothly and professionally without the slightest hint of pressure, haste or unseemliness of any kind. I had an issue with my Jetta which I brought up during my normal service visit. Both Javed the service manager and Mo the service advisor went above and beyond in listening to my issue and making sure it was addressed. They even coordinated with VW corporate on my behalf for reimbursement and made the transaction seamless from my end. The other thing that stood out about their service was their down right honesty. Every service recommendation they gave was in line with the manufacturer guide. Not once did they try to pressure me into something outside of that which is hard to come by in a dealership service department. I will be using this dealership going forward even though it's not the closest one to my house. Worth the drive in my oppinion! More

Randy Freeman with Muller Volkswagen made car buying (BY FAR) the BEST experience me and my family has had!! I usually never write reviews, but I definitely feel like I need to write one for them! Let me start off with saying that this was my first time buying a brand new car. When I was initially looking at buying the 2018 VW Tiguan, I emailed a couple of places and asked around for quotes. Randy immediately emailed me back with a very reasonable quote, making to specific that it did not include any promotions that VW is offering (I really appreciate that because it makes the price super clear). After making an appointment, I was immediately greeted by the general manager and then Randy. Unfortunately they did not have a color that I wanted (dark grey), but no fret, as long as I was ok with the price/ deal, Randy promised to get that color for me by the end of the week! Test driving, agreeing to the price and everything else took only an hour and a half! Best of all, ANY add-ons (maintenance packages, extended warranties, any other gimics) was COMPLETELY optional and definitely NOT forced! Before I drove off the lot, Randy went through everything, in the car, with me. They also followed-up the next day to see if everything was ok. They also offered a "check-up" within the first month, just to check that the car is all good! I really enjoyed every bit of the interaction, and will definitely come back to have my car serviced there in the future. Thank you Randy Freeman and Muller Volkswagen! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car (and already passed on the name to a co-worker wanting to buy a VW!)!! More
