Took my 6 month old VW Atlas in because of an electrical issues that causes the parking brake to engage while driving, among other issues like alarms going off, windows going down (and being stuck down) and issues that causes the parking brake to engage while driving, among other issues like alarms going off, windows going down (and being stuck down) and cruise control not working. I took the vehicle in on a Saturday and was told I would need a new door harness. I was told the part was on backorder and because the parts warehouse was closed they could not provide an ETA for the part and repair, but would follow up on Monday. Meanwhile, I can't safely drive the vehicle. Whenever I slow to a stop at a light or intersection the electronic break slams on. I was nearly t-boned and rear-ended because of this. No courtesy/loaner vehicle is offered for my underivable, 5 month old vehicle. A week later, after not hearing from the dealership, I call for an update. They have no record of me coming in and can't provide any information. I'm told they will contact the parts warehouse and be in touch as soon as possible. Two days later I call back after not having heard anything and again it's as if they've never heard from me about the issue. Finally I speak with someone in parts and I'm told because the item is on backorder there is no available information on when it will be available or repaired. So just know that when you purchase a vehicle from Muller, it could stop working after a few months, and you'll need to pay for a rental vehicle and keep calling them every few days in hopes of getting it repaired. Came in to look at used Atlas. Yaroslav was knowledgeable and did a great job explaining all the features and showing the car. We were very interested in buying it. However, when it came to agreeing on the price and other features, there was no interest shown from the management. All we got was 'I have no power to negotiate' from Yaroslav, and nothing from the manager (who supposedly had those powers). Don't know the manager's name since he never even came out to introduce himself and try to negotiate (we were the only couple in the showroom, and he was sitting in the office next to Yaroslav's, chit-chatting with the other manager). Can't work out a deal if one of the parties clearly showing no interest in getting to an agreement. It seemed like they were just waiting for us to leave. Funny enough, the manager drove off the parking lot sooner than we did. I would love to be able to buy that car, but the manager didn't make it possible. Ended up going elsewhere. More
