I entered the service area and was immediately greeted. Then I was asked if I was going to wait and I was, so they said I could sit in the lounge. I was told it would be a little less than one hour and that they would let me know if there were any issues. The lounge was very clean and comfortable. I waited about 45 minutes and was asked if I wanted a car wash. I did and then, about 15 minutes later, one hour total, the oil change was competed and the car was super-clean. The level of professionalism was unexpected and very appreciated. They made it easy, efficient and pleasant, just what anyone would hope it would be. More

Service Had to bring the car in three times for the same problem within a month Each time was told a different part was the problem. Ended up paying 1600. Had to bring the car in three times for the same problem within a month Each time was told a different part was the problem. Ended up paying 1600.00 and still not sure if it is fixed. This is the second time this has happened. Find a dealer that knows how to repair cars. I will never go back to this dealer again. More
