I would not hesitate to go again to Mullinax Ford for my next purchase. The vehicle was well prepared, clean in and out, fresh oil and filter. Mr Pineda, demeanor, professionalism and no nonsense approach when dealing with me made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I contacted James through Facebook Marketplace, and he was responsive and helpful, quickly providing a $190k trade-in value after speaking with management. Interested in a used Corvette Z06 priced at $130 was responsive and helpful, quickly providing a $190k trade-in value after speaking with management. Interested in a used Corvette Z06 priced at $130k, I visited the dealership the same day and decided to proceed with the purchase, trading in my 2016 Porsche GT3RS. After completing a credit application and waiting several hours, management expressed hesitation due to the high trade-in value and requested additional time to inspect my car. I left my vehicle overnight with a loaner, but when I returned the next day, my car had not been inspected. I was ignored upon arrival, informed that management needed yet another day, and eventually spoke to a manager who admitted they were unsure how to handle the deal. My time was wasted, my credit was run unnecessarily, and the transaction went nowhere. I would not recommend this dealership. More
