Michael, We discovered that the vehicle you sold to us in January had two individuals listed on the title. Because the trade was registered out of state, we were unable to confirm the registration details at the time of the transaction, as we cannot run registration inquiries on out-of-state vehicles. Both parties listed on the title must sign off to complete the sale. We made multiple attempts to contact you to identify the second party and obtain the necessary signature. Our team experienced significant delays in being able to get in touch with you as most of our attempts at contact were not responded to. After continued efforts, we were able to work with your father, who you recently identified as the second person listed on the title, and with his assistance, the issue has now been cleared. We appreciate that this has been resolved and your family’s help in getting it finalized. At the same time, the extended timeline did create some challenges on our end, and we hope to avoid situations like this in the future.

? so, ok that was AI generated.... The comment about valve stems, air and installation was a funny reference to the typical markups that a tire place would get away with after the sale. I was giving credit that this did not happen for the car sale at Mullinax with surprising added costs after the fact.
