I contacted James through Facebook Marketplace, and he was responsive and helpful, quickly providing a $190k trade-in value after speaking with management. Interested in a used Corvette Z06 priced at $130 was responsive and helpful, quickly providing a $190k trade-in value after speaking with management. Interested in a used Corvette Z06 priced at $130k, I visited the dealership the same day and decided to proceed with the purchase, trading in my 2016 Porsche GT3RS. After completing a credit application and waiting several hours, management expressed hesitation due to the high trade-in value and requested additional time to inspect my car. I left my vehicle overnight with a loaner, but when I returned the next day, my car had not been inspected. I was ignored upon arrival, informed that management needed yet another day, and eventually spoke to a manager who admitted they were unsure how to handle the deal. My time was wasted, my credit was run unnecessarily, and the transaction went nowhere. I would not recommend this dealership. More

purchased a used Ford F-150 Lightning (about 15,000 miles) from Mullinax Ford after finding one of the lowest prices in the country. The truck was sold with a powered tonneau cover that does not function and does not manually retract, making the bed effectively unusable. The vehicle also required tire balancing, which I had to address at another Ford dealership. During financing, the interest rate presented at signing was higher than what had been previously agreed upon, requiring me to stop the process and push back to get the correct terms. I worked with one salesperson as my sole point of contact throughout the transaction. After delivery, I reached out multiple times to discuss a reasonable resolution or compensation for these issues. There has been no follow-up and no willingness to address them once the sale was complete. These are problems that should have been identified and disclosed prior to sale. If you buy here, inspect everything carefully and do not expect support after the paperwork is signed. More
