I have been using Mullinax Ford Apopka for approximately 5 years and 3 vehicles. Dale Brown is excellent on the front end and quick service has been top notch. Unfortunately the main service department does 5 years and 3 vehicles. Dale Brown is excellent on the front end and quick service has been top notch. Unfortunately the main service department does not appear to have a handle on exactly what they are doing. Instead of actually working on something to find the issue, they read symptoms out of a book and give you what the book says needs to be fixed. If it doesn't fix the problem, oh well, now you pay for their next choice. More
