We live in Sebastian, made the trip to Apopka. Salesman Freddy, excellent, financial person, Cesar, excellent. Both very professional, knowledgeable, helpful. This was our second purchase from Mullinax For Freddy, excellent, financial person, Cesar, excellent. Both very professional, knowledgeable, helpful. This was our second purchase from Mullinax Ford, the first was a new 2011 Taurus Ltd. in August 2010. This purchase a pre owned 2019 Taurus Ltd., yes, we like the Taurus. Only complaint and the four star rating, wait time to see Cesar [four of the seven finical people at the dealership were out for one reason or another], Also, we were told the car was ready to go after a couple of items were repaired and would be brought up front for delivery, a good forty five minutes later before it showed up. Very busy dealership. More
