Not happy with their blue advantage for certified pre-owned vehicles. Had my car 7 days when it wouldn't start, had to have it towed into the service center and was told the tow charge would be reimb pre-owned vehicles. Had my car 7 days when it wouldn't start, had to have it towed into the service center and was told the tow charge would be reimbursed but after finally filing my claim for reimbursement I received a email stating this vehicle does not have RSA coverage (expired).. How can this be? Something is wrong somewhere or I was given the wrong place to file for the reimbursement. Either way I'm not happy and out over $300. More

I'd give it five stars but I didn't die to the fact the certified car warranty and guarantee is crap. I had my car a week and had driven it about 150 miles then it wouldn't start so had have it towed in wh certified car warranty and guarantee is crap. I had my car a week and had driven it about 150 miles then it wouldn't start so had have it towed in which we were told we'd be reimbursed for. Well come to find out the car doesn't qualify for that. So in my opinion their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Other than that the sales person and finance manager were great. And the service manager was very helpful thought she evidently didn't know towing wasn't covered either but my new battery that had to be replaced wasn't either. I'm very unhappy for this reason. I just hope the extended warranty i purchased is up to par More
