Easiest car buying experience we've ever had I started chatting with Derek online about getting information on the Ford Edge. My husband and I drove over just to look at Ford Edges and the one I I started chatting with Derek online about getting information on the Ford Edge. Nearly perfect Overall, the dealership is great. Didn't think I was going to like the up front pricing. But, it actually made car buying much more pleasant. No press Overall, the dealership is great. Lending department gotnis the loan we wanted. Very, very smooth purchase. However, the one and only complaint is the tires. Purchased a 2015 Transit 150 with nearly 47k miles. I noticed the front tires looked new so I either overlooked the rear tires or assumed the rear were new as well. Forward to 1 month later while on a trip to Nashville, I noticed the rear tires are significantly more worn than the front. I have a local tire shop (Goodyear dealer) look at them to make certain it's not an issue for my travels. The mechanic informs me the front tires were produced in 2016 and the rear 2014. It is his belief these were not replaced when the front were and he tells me they are nearing the wear bars and needing replacement. Having recently sold a personally vehicle to a dealer, I would have been dinged for this. So a little frustrated regarding this 1 issue. Otherwise, again a great dealership in general.
