Only thing I wished would have been better was the description we got of the maintenance/GAP insurance/Road Hazard add on. They made it seem like we could only pick from a "good, better, best","Option 1,2 or 3" type of program, in reality we could have picked and chosen exactly which one we wanted. I really didn't need the road hazard for $400 because thats more than 4 brand new tires would have cost me anyway, but the way they showed it to me made it seem like if I didn't get the road hazard I couldn't have the good maintenance package. But overall these guys were great, friendly, didn't push me around and were honest. I'd definitely go back, now just a little more educated on the car buying process. More
