Mullinax has up front pricing which is already in line with the price you spend hours haggling to at other dealerships. While other dealers do offer up front online pricing, Mullinax has no dealer fees. They gave me an acceptable price for my trade, but coupled with the lack of dealer fees, Mullinax will get you out the door for the lowest final price. And that is the ultimate goal. This dealership is highly recommended. Brian was pleasant to deal with. There was no pressure and everything went smoothly. I visited other dealerships prior to coming to Mullinax, only to be double-teamed by salesmen who negate each other's offers at World Ford Pensacola and given the run around. I'm glad I drove the hour and a half to Mullinax. More

Best dealership I have ever been to. I tried working with world ford in Pensacola and tread well in mobile before I got to mullinax. I have nothing but praise for Mr. Jim Crampton. He was very straightforward about Mullinax business philosphy and gave me the impression of honesty and integrity. Because of him, I purchased a 2013 Ford very straightforward about Mullinax business philosphy and gave me the impression of honesty and integrity. Because of him, I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge with the expectation of honesty from Mullinax from the decision of purchase to the end of the dealing with all of the paperwork. He had also give me a piece of paper that showed what I could expect my monthly payment to be. Unfortunantely, that was not the case. I was assigned to Jon Dreaden for the final paperwork and while in his office, he was filling in all this paperwork, continually shifting papers and printing out papers, then shuffling more papers, filling in more papers and printing more papers. After about 20 mins, he had a stack of papers that we started signing and I was assured that all I was signing was paperwork that was needed to finish up the deal. After rushing through the signing, he started folding everything and handed me my envelope and said we were finished and I could pick my auto up the next day. A few days later while in the doctor's office, I got to wondering why the payment that Mr. Dreaden showed me was around $60 more than was originally quoted and after pulling out the paperwork, I saw where Mr. Dreaden had added Motor Vehicle Serv. Contract & Gap Protection to the tune of $3,050.00. I called him and expressed my displeasure about this and asked him to cancel the extras & he said Okay. When I asked him to rewrite the contract, he really did not want to do that as he said I would just end up paying the note off early (????), At my insistence, he finally agreed to rewrite it. I have been contacted by Mr. Alvin Davis and he has assured me that this will never happen in the future & apologized on behalf of Mullinax. As I told him, that was very unethical on Mr. Dreaden's part, however, Jim Crampton more than made up for that bad portion of this deal and in the end, I would recommend Mullinax Ford in the future as a dealer & Jim Crampton as the Sales Representative. You should be proud to have him on your team. More

I’ve purchased several F-150 trucks. This is the first time I have walked out of a dealership not feeling slimy from the whole purchasing process. My sales rep Jim Crampton spent a lot of time with me as time I have walked out of a dealership not feeling slimy from the whole purchasing process. My sales rep Jim Crampton spent a lot of time with me as the variety of F-150s available to choose from was extensive. He was also very knowledgeable about any vehicle in which I showed interest. My choice came down to two vehicles…Jim and the finance manager Jon Dreaden were more than happy to work up the finance numbers, including my trade-in value, on both vehicles. I’ve found in the past that most dealerships don’t want to give you a trade-in value until you’ve decided on a vehicle…seems the trade-in value can vary based on the cost of the vehicle you want to purchase…this game was not played by Mullinax. After deciding on a vehicle, Jon found me the best financing that works for me. He was even able to beat the interest rate offered by my credit union…which is hard to do. I wanted to add some additional items to the vehicle, and Carrie Kwitzky, my service advisor, was able to work with the parts department to set up the work so that I could take advantage of the cost to receive Ford Ownership points. I’ve had other F-150 trucks serviced at this dealership and I always try to work with Carrie as she is “old-school” in the level of service she provides…really works hard, giving her best effort to each customer! I would definitely recommend you stop by Mullinax and check them out before making any vehicle purchase decisions. More
