I'd give it five stars but I didn't die to the fact the certified car warranty and guarantee is crap. I had my car a week and had driven it about 150 miles then it wouldn't start so had have it towed in wh certified car warranty and guarantee is crap. I had my car a week and had driven it about 150 miles then it wouldn't start so had have it towed in which we were told we'd be reimbursed for. Well come to find out the car doesn't qualify for that. So in my opinion their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Other than that the sales person and finance manager were great. And the service manager was very helpful thought she evidently didn't know towing wasn't covered either but my new battery that had to be replaced wasn't either. I'm very unhappy for this reason. I just hope the extended warranty i purchased is up to par More
