I'm from California, there the service advisers go over the results with you, here the hand you a bundle of paper and tell you to go pay. My vehicle had an oil change and filter change, they put the remi the results with you, here the hand you a bundle of paper and tell you to go pay. My vehicle had an oil change and filter change, they put the reminder sticker next to the old one and they expected me to bring the vehicle back in 3,600 miles. The manufacturer's warranty states 10,000 mile. They must think I'm dumb or something. More
