I purchased a truck from another Ford dealership prior to this truck and my wife and I regretted our dealings with them, not due to the truck at all but because of how management treated us. Our salesman and this truck and my wife and I regretted our dealings with them, not due to the truck at all but because of how management treated us. Our salesman and our empathy for how he was treated in front of us was the reason we bought the truck there or else we would never have accepted that type of treatment to us or towards their workers. We made a decision not to purchase from them again. Now, on a "happy" note, Mullinax was great from start to finish and our salesman, Ryan Miracle, even helped me set up and find out the issue with my phone to start the Ford Pass. He and Jonathan Byrd treated us with respect, made us feel they cared for us like family and listened intently to help us get the right truck that would make it our best. Jonathan Byrd's knowledge and interaction with all dealings was remarkable. We have been in the dealership numerous times and truly feel we have known them for years and feel they care about us They we're super excited about my excitement on getting this truck and we could not be more pleased.
