Do not deal with this dealership. Paid the full amount for a vehicle and never sent me my title. They keep giving me the run around saying title department is backed up. I now have a $80k truck with no title. The whole buying process was uncomfortable from the beginning. Should have went with my gut and avoided this sketchy dealership. More

It was a up and down process we found a car online that we loved and wanted to purchase call the dealership and got in touch with Derk since we lived 4 hours away from the dealership he got us approved by we loved and wanted to purchase call the dealership and got in touch with Derk since we lived 4 hours away from the dealership he got us approved by phone even though I had a trade that I owe more than it was worth that was the upside Now the downside the day before pick up another Salesman sold the vehicle knowing we were coming the next day 😔 so when we arrived Derek apologized for everything and was doing all he could to make it right not only did he find us another vehicle it was newer and had less miles than the one before 😃 he is a awesome guy did not stop until we were satisfied.
