I purchased a truck from another Ford dealership prior to this truck and my wife and I regretted our dealings with them, not due to the truck at all but because of how management treated us. Our salesman and this truck and my wife and I regretted our dealings with them, not due to the truck at all but because of how management treated us. Our salesman and our empathy for how he was treated in front of us was the reason we bought the truck there or else we would never have accepted that type of treatment to us or towards their workers. We made a decision not to purchase from them again. Now, on a "happy" note, Mullinax was great from start to finish and our salesman, Ryan Miracle, even helped me set up and find out the issue with my phone to start the Ford Pass. He and Jonathan Byrd treated us with respect, made us feel they cared for us like family and listened intently to help us get the right truck that would make it our best. Jonathan Byrd's knowledge and interaction with all dealings was remarkable. We have been in the dealership numerous times and truly feel we have known them for years and feel they care about us They we're super excited about my excitement on getting this truck and we could not be more pleased. I have already sent two of my friends there and they too have ordered trucks and I feel I have a third coming next week. Mullinax does make a difference in buying a Ford. More

This dealership is dishonest at best and they do not care. They list cars for sale that are not for sale to lure you into their stealership. They dont care about the inconvenience they cause non employ care. They list cars for sale that are not for sale to lure you into their stealership. They dont care about the inconvenience they cause non employees. I saw a vehicle online and contacted the dealer. I spoke with the salesman and completed the finance application based on that vehicle. We did verbally agree that I would visit the dealer the following business day to purchase the vehicle. My finance company approve the financing and the salesman and I agreed. When I arrived at the dealer the salesman MO said to me was there another vehicle I wanted to see. Why would he say that when we agreed on a vehicle, completed financing. All we had to do was sigh some papers. The sales man after waisting his time said they took a deposit on the vehicle from someone else immediately after they ran my credit and such. According to them they took a deposit on the vehicle we already had a contract on. I asked to see the vehicle and the vehicle was not on their lot. I spoke with the used car manager and he was of no assistance. He did offer an apology for his dishonest employee but he did nothing. THe finance manager also dishonest, said that my finance company required a $5000 deposit. That was disputed by the finance company and was contrary to the agreement I have with them. He then tried to play hero like he was doing me a favor, he said he was able to convince them to only want 2500 down payment. Again, dishonest. I went to them with pre approved financing. I personally spoke with my bank about the vehicle before the dealership did and they game me all the details. This is shameful how dishonest and unprofessional this mobile mullinax is. Not to mention the contract they broke. I will report this to their corporate office in Florida, BBB and the local business regulators. You can not break a contract without cause. They ran my credit for nothing as they did not have the car and they said they did. When I asked them to prove the facts they could not! More

We had a very positive experience at Mullinax Ford. What do people talk about when they leave the dealership with their new vehicle? I would not assume that it is about the way they feel about dealing with the dealership, unless it is a negative experience. However, that was certainly not the case with us. One of the first things we spoke about was how good a feeling we had dealing with salesman Lynn Wyatt, and the rest of the crew in the business and finance office. Seldom do I recommend a car dealership. But, I will be recommending Mullinax Ford and Lynn Wyatt to my friends, family or anyone else that is shopping for a new or used car or truck. Do not deal with this dealership. Paid the full amount for a vehicle and never sent me my title. They keep giving me the run around saying title department is backed up. I now have a $80k truck with no title. The whole buying process was uncomfortable from the beginning. Should have went with my gut and avoided this sketchy dealership. More
