Nice but poor follow up Derek was a nice guy but had very poor follow up before and after the sale. Drove 700 miles to get car. Dealer had wrong weight oil in car. Given bad information Took my 2017 Ford Explorer in because the battery was not holding a charge. I was assured this was covered by the warranty when I called. When I arrived, I was told by the service dept. that there was a bad cell in the battery. They told me this was not covered under the 36,000 mile warranty and a new battery would cost $139.00. I elected to get a second opinion rather than buy the battery. Called AutoNation and got an appt. to have the car checked. They gave us verification that the battery was, indeed, covered by warranty. They also said they did not know why Mullinax would have told us it was not covered. More
