Excellent Customer Service! My husband and I started shopping around for 2018 Ford GT Mustang back in June of 2017. We talked to a few dealerships discussing the options and whe My husband and I started shopping around for 2018 Ford GT Mustang back in June of 2017. We talked to a few dealerships discussing the options and when the 2018 Mustang would be available for purchase. We started working with Derek first then with Ben. Both are super nice and friendly. In December we decided we were going to special order a mustang because we couldn't find the color we wanted (orange fury). We called Ben, scheduled a test drive and then ordered my mustang. We are waiting for it to come in. But any questions we have, he always answers and is always so nice and polite. I highly recommend Mullinax Ford of Mobile and Ben! Service Center We purchased our 2015 F150 truck on 12/21/2017. After detailing the truck, we left and the truck cover flew off. They did not fasten all the hooks. Up We purchased our 2015 F150 truck on 12/21/2017. After detailing the truck, we left and the truck cover flew off. They did not fasten all the hooks. Upon installing larger tires discovered 1 strut was leaking. Called the service center for appt and they said it would take 2 days to determine what the problem was and then time to fix them it. So we would be without our new truck under warranty for minimum of 3 days. We called AutoNation and made an appt for 9 am and we were out by 11am. We also took the Mullinix sticker off the truck. We will never buy another automobile from them. Can get the salesman to return our calls either. More
