We were dealing with a sales associate that had poor customer service, I did not feel comfortable buying a car from him. On the way out of the dealership we were introduced to John (sales manager)he wa customer service, I did not feel comfortable buying a car from him. He listened to our concerns and was apologetic about the way we had been treated up to that point. He was kind, patient and eased my hesitation about purchasing a car. On that same visit we purchased our car and we were introduced to Mike Oshea to complete the sale. He was professional, had great customer service and he answered my questions with great detail, he spent alot of time with us, assuring that we had a pleasurable experience. The following day we returned to close the sale and we were introduced to Mike Baek, again, very professional, great customer service and a pleasure to work with. More

Mike O'Shea is the best salesman I was dealing with for last 15 years. He is smart, friendly, polite, experienced employee. He was following our ideas and requests completely and with full respect. Even, after the service people made a mistake on vehicle delivery, he made everything possible and impossible to keep us happy with the new car we bought. This is very unusual in my understanding, because when deal is done and you sign it, the salesman has finished his job. Mike was helping us for next month after deal was done, until everything was finished couple days ago. He is a reason why I am going to buy another vehicle from this dealership soon again. More

The employees at this dealership were very helpful and attentive. I live 3 hours from St. Louis and decided to purchase a Lexus at 5:00 in the afternoon on a Friday. I had originally worked with Plaza Lexus to purchase an ES 300h but did not like the service I was being given (or lack there of) I decided to call Mungenast Lexus and was connected with Becky Kroupa. She was professional, knowledgable, personable and motivated for me to spend my money at their dealership. We completed the entire deal over the phone to include having a car shipped to their location for us to pick up. We visited the dealership only to pickup the vehicle. The dealership is much newer and cleaner than Plaza. The people did a great job walking us through the process. My only regret is we did not go to Mungenast Lexus first!! More

Nate Hopson from Mungenast Lexus does it again. 3rd car purchased from Mungenast family and second from Nate. Went in a few weeks ago and we were too far apart so didn't get the deal done. But Nate calle purchased from Mungenast family and second from Nate. Went in a few weeks ago and we were too far apart so didn't get the deal done. But Nate called and said let's give it another try. He did not know that the night before I visited competitor and all but had deal done as they were willing to get closer to my trade in request but I went back to Mungenast b/c it was Nate. He is always honest, no BS. Sat down and revisited the numbers and he went to his manager and came back with the deal done. And I never even brought up the offer from the competitor, which was actually slightly better. I appreciate that Nate really goes the extra mile for his customers AND that Mungenast truly appreciates loyal customers and is willing to go a bit further for them. That is why I bought from Nate and Mungenast. I know when the time comes for my next vehicle purchase my first stop will be Nate again. Thanks Nate. More

Mike Oshea was so patient, understand, and professional when I bought my car and then decided it wasn't what I wanted. We worked hard finding me a new car, getting it delivered to the site, getting all th when I bought my car and then decided it wasn't what I wanted. He even came to North County to resign the paperwork on the second car. In my eyes, he went above and beyond to get me in the car that made me happy.
