We were treated very well. We bought a used car from Mungenast Acura. Our car is not an Acura, and the price we paid was a small fraction of the price of used Acuras, let alone We bought a used car from Mungenast Acura. Nevertheless, we had the full attention and assistance of two great salesmen, Jason and Dave, over the course of several days. Other salespeople in the dealership were equally attentive and helpful. We had done some research online and visited several dealerships looking for the best value in a used car. Some other dealers fulfilled the worst stereotypes of the car-buying experience. Thus, it was a true pleasure to work with Mungenast Acura. Even though they could not have made very much money from our purchase, they treated us like the most important people in the room. The rest of the staff also made the transaction simple and saved hours of our time along with having the best price for the vehicle.
