I thought my TSX was a great car, but now I'm completely blown away by the style, handling and all the cool extras the TLX has to offer. I was also extremely impressed (as I alway am) with the customer service I received from Karsten Becker. He was knowledgeable, helpful, enthusiastic — but never pushy. It made the transition a piece of cake! I couldn't b happier and will absolutely recommend Karsten and the team at St. Louis Acura to anyone I know who might be interested in purchasing or leasing a car. More

From setting the appointment a week ago with Karsten Becker to being greeted by Javier Castellanos was a fantastic feeling. Javier knew what services were needed to be completed, had me in with Mr. Ellison for final review and out in a loaner within 10-15 minutes. Upon my return, the time Javier took to review the services performed and the genuine approach he represented was very comforting and I felt the customer service trust and loyalty that I can depend on this dealership to follow through with their promises from when I purchased the RDX! From start to finish, fantastic experience! I have already expressed my experience to family and friends! Thank you again! More

He was honest enough to point out problems we didn't even notice, and then went out of his way to ensure they were fixed, all for what I think must have been a relatively low-profit sale for this dealership. They do not oversell parts and service I do not need. My 2004 TL has 185K miles on it and is still going strong, and - as great as my car is -I attribute that more to Jeff and John than Acura! Things will go wrong on every car, but they key to a long-lasting car is doing the preventative maintenance and thinking ahead. These guys are the best in the business in guiding me through that process. A++ More
