It was great don't really have any complaints issues, everything I needed to get done I explained and they listened to and everything was completed as expected. Only one annoyance was that I was there first thing in the morning and there was no shuttle available to take me home about 15 minutes away and I had to get home for work so I had to pay my own way getting an Uber. Our salesman’s was great. We knew what we wanted. We ordered a Acura integra type S. It came fast and Alex kept us updated all the way. An issue arose. We didn’t see paint iss We knew what we wanted. They up charged the crap out of my service request saying they would charge me ~$4,500 to get my break pads and rotors fixed, to fix my driver side door latch, and my Bluetooth wasn't working so they wanted they would charge me ~$4,500 to get my break pads and rotors fixed, to fix my driver side door latch, and my Bluetooth wasn't working so they wanted to replace a piece in the telematics that only cost $90 online but charged $2.3k!!! We decided to go to another shop and we paid $800 in total for everything! Slimy business only going to the dealership for oil changed and that's it. Never again will I attempt to get any other maintenance on my car here. More
