I had a fare experience at the dealership we had a 8:00 am appointment because we wanted to get in and get out with reasonable time to get our oil changed. I don't know what is a reasonable time to get checked in but it took half an hour for us During the time we waited the service advised check in with us to let us know the status of our car, the second time was he recommended that the oil in rear differential should be change the price was $115 so I agree to have the worked done. When we check out the price went to $190 I guess the $115 was labor only not the cost of the oil and parts from the parts department. More

Alan - he was great. Whoever did the service on the car didn't put the cover plate back over the cabin air properly and left the shelf in the glove box rattling around. Ppl that I worked with were very kind and friendly. That's not my issue. I brought my car in for tire balance. It didn't work the first time so I brought it back again.
