As he tried to sell us the extended warrantee and upgrades and we told him no he wasn’t as friendly as he was before we said no. As we were filling out paperwork for the sale, which we paid cash for, no financing needed, he had NO personal interaction, everything was just business with no expression on his face. I’m in my late 60’s, have purchased many things in my life, the way my wife and I were treated by Mr. Workman was the second worst during a purchase in my life. As he walked us back out to Nate when paperwork was complete, he just turned and walked off. Never a handshake, congratulations on our purchase, just left. This type of customer service, I can tell you will not be beneficial to your business. This is not a review out of frustration, it is an honest assessment of what we experienced. More

Love Murdock Chevy! !! I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and they do all my vehicle service. I have never had a problem. Love my vehicles and they handle all my needs !! They do such a great job from sales, service, and I have even run into the General manager a couple times when my trucks and cars have been in for service, and he is a great guy. How much do I love these guys? I have 3 brand new vehicles, 2 purchased there, and bought a Corvette from a private party but they are the only ones that I trust to handle all my needs and I live in Nevada and make the almost 700 mile drive round trip for all work. If you have to ask why anyone would do that?? Because the service department works hard to make sure I am happy when I come in, and my salesman makes sure to say hi when I am there. Loyalty is a 2 way street, and if you treat me right, then I am going to keep coming back. More
