They also helped me research the best type of accessory (truck bed cover) that would meet my specific needs & requirements and found an aftermarket part that was cheaper than the GM/Factory accessory & got it installed at the dealership. They worked hard to get me what i needed We were in need of a used truck after the truck i was driving finally gave out. We were interested in a Ford truck, and even though they are a Chevy dealer they respected our preferences and showed us what they had in stock as far as their used inventory. They didn't have anything that we liked, but the following day we got a call from them saying they had a truck that they thought we would like. When i got there to look at it, it was absolutely what i was looking for at a very reasonable price (better than most other dealers in fact). Then came time for financing. We have had some credit issues and had been denied by some other dealers. They worked on it for quite some time and after a few attempts they came back with a deal that was fair, and right for us. I cant say how much i appreciate all the work they put in on our behalf. Angela was awesome from start to finish. Eric, who was the sales manager, was great with all the work he put into the deal. Nobody was at all judgemental or condescending about our credit issues. And they got us into the truck that we wanted. You guys are awesome and have earned a customer. Thank you so much. More
