We never felt pressure and were treated very courteously from start to finish. Kelly Dobson, who assisted with our transaction and sale, was probably as competent as we've ever encountered in the car business, helping us negotiate through the finalizing arrangements/ agreement. We were a bit surprised when we had the chance to interact with the general manager, Tyson Murdock. He's as nice of guy as they come.. Don Nordsven was very accommodating andhelpful in our final financing arrangements. It was at the late side of what had to have been a long day, but Don was very patient and helpful. For sure I would refer both friends and family to the Murdock dealership! More
