Becky Brien picked up on that and called me immediately. She made me feel very comfortable over the phone and gave me some options to consider. I set an appointment with her later that day. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. After test driving a few cars with her, she offered to let me take one home to show my wife. She even let me take it for the entire afternoon. It was an easy decision to make and she had all the paperwork ready when I got back. The rest was so easy. When I was ready to drive away she offered to spend more time and helped me set up my On Star and wifi and other programing options.
