This guy is outstanding, intelligent, courteous, patient and very professional. He allowed me and my wife to test drive various vehicles until we saw the one vehicle which caught our eye. We test drove it the next day and within 2 hours later we drove away with my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.? The entire staff was professional and very polite and understanding. When I found the online ad to the car I was looking for, I was met with reluctance when I realized that it belonged to a big-name dealer. However, the price seemed too good to pass up, so I visited Murdock Chevrolet regardless. Becky was my already outside to meet me when I parked in the lot, and instead of trying to sell me up on a different vehicle, she showed me the car in interest and allowed me to test drive it. When I informed the staff that I wanted to do a trade-in, the vehicle inspection was quick, and we were able to come to an agreement on a trade-in value for my truck. When I was undecided about making the purchase, Becky took some time out of her work schedule to provide me with some other options. Overall, it was a satisfying shopping experience, and it felt great to make a regret-free and pressure-free purchase on a vehicle that suited my needs. Excellent experience! I went because my sister said that the employees were great there. I took her word for it, but I was still planning on buying elsewhere.
