Chase was very helpful, forthright and considerate. He understood and worked while we were gone taking care of the few issues we had. We enjoyed talking with him during a few short periods of waiting. Others at the dealership introduced themselves and made us welcome. The few issues we had with the vehicle were addressed in a timely manner by the maintenance staff. We drove away with the vehicle we wanted at a price we felt good about. Jeff Campbell was great to work with. He respected our decisions about GAP and extended warranty and did not try to "sell" us on services we had no interest in. Overall, our experience was a good one. We keep our vehicles a long time (12 years for our last one) so we probably won't have another opportunity to visit the dealership again, but I have no qualms about recommending Murdock to anyone. More

Our experience at Murdock Chevrolet was awesome. Keith and Jeff were great about getting us into our new Volt as quickly as possible.
